Our Products

We create and sell personalised Christmas products, including:

  • Christmas Eve Checklists

All products arephysical itemssent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked within the United Kingdom. Please note that our products are intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

Personalisation and Customer Responsibility

Each product is created using the information you provide at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all personalisation details (such as names, spellings, and addresses) are correct at the time of ordering.

Once an order has been submitted, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Orders and Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include any applicable taxes. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through our secure payment system.

Orders are confirmed via email once payment has been received. Please check your confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if there are any issues.

Delivery

Some orders are dispatched usingRoyal Mail 48 Tracked. Some will be hand delivered by our team if orders are local to Swindon.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary due to seasonal postal delays or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

We currently shipwithin the UK onlyand do not offer international delivery.

Refunds and Returns

Because our products arepersonalised and made to order, we donot offer refunds or exchangesonce printing has begun.

However, if you believe your item has been damaged in transit or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will review your case. Refunds or replacements may be offeredat the manager’s discretion.
