- Are the letters really personalised? Yes! Each letter can be personalised with your child’s name, up to two achievements from this year, and up to two gifts they’ve asked Santa for. The certificate is also personalised with your child’s name to make the experience extra special.
- Can I choose between ‘Santa’ and ‘Father Christmas’? Absolutely. On the product page, you can choose whether you’d like the letter to be signed from Santa or Father Christmas — whichever your child prefers!
- How are the letters delivered? Your letter will arrive in a festive red or green envelope, sealed with an official North Pole wax stamp. The certificate and checklist are sent in a sturdy A4 board-backed envelope to keep them safe. If you order everything as a package, the personalised letter (still in its decorative envelope) will be placed inside the A4 envelope along with the other items for delivery together.
- When should I order? You can place your order anytime between now and 5th December to ensure it arrives before Christmas.
- What ages are the letters best for? Our letters are designed for children aged 2 to 12 years old — though anyone who loves Christmas magic will enjoy them!
- Do you ship internationally? At the moment, we only ship within the UK.
